1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between the kkdb platform ("Site", "Service") and its users ("Member", "you"). The site is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in Bangla for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing the kkdb site, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the site.

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are given below:

• "Account" — A personal user profile registered on the kkdb site.
• "Balance" — The total of real money and bonus funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds granted by kkdb under promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — The amount obtained by subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

All of the following conditions must be met to use kkdb's services:

1. You must be at least 21 years old. This is strictly enforced and no one below this age will be permitted to open an account.
2. You must be eligible to use such services under the laws of Bangladesh.
3. You must operate the account on your own behalf, not as a representative of any third party.
4. Your account must not have been previously suspended or closed by kkdb.

kkdb is committed to ensuring responsible gaming. In addition to age verification, members may be asked to submit relevant documents to verify their identity at any time.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Only

Each person may operate only one kkdb account. Opening more than one account under the same name, at the same household address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the possible forfeiture of any funds held in them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. No false or misleading information may be given regarding name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment details. If any information needs to be changed later, please contact customer support.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out from the account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify kkdb customer support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kkdb reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time in response to a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at kkdb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit is ৳500. No amount below this will be accepted through any method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, kkdb may verify the account holder's identity and payment details. Withdrawal funds will only be sent via the same method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved through customer support.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of another person or from another person's account is strictly prohibited. All financial transactions must be carried out through the account holder's own payment method.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kkdb offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200; the wagering requirement for this bonus will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The contribution rate of different games or bet types towards wagering may vary.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The kkdb VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net loss), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive a maximum of ৳160 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.8%). Members can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is accepted.
• If kkdb finds evidence of dishonest or manipulative behaviour in the use of bonuses, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
• Whether multiple bonus offers can be used at the same time will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkdb platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Opening an account using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kkdb's systems or disrupting the normal operation of the site.
• Collecting personal information from other members or harassing them.
• Intentionally placing bets by taking advantage of incorrect odds or technical errors.

If any of the above activities are detected, kkdb may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit any winnings and balance held.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by kkdb

kkdb may temporarily suspend any account if there is suspicion of a breach of terms, a fraud allegation, an ongoing verification process, or for security reasons. If the allegation is not proven following an investigation, the account will be reactivated.

7.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account on their own initiative. In this case, any withdrawable funds in the balance will be returned through the designated method, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

8 Limitation of Liability

kkdb strives to maintain the quality of its services, however the following limitations of liability apply:

• kkdb is not responsible for temporary service disruptions caused by technical faults, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• kkdb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
• kkdb does not bear responsibility for any loss arising from a member's own negligence in disclosing account details.
• kkdb reserves the right to cancel or correct settled bets due to incorrect odds or technical errors.

9 Data Protection

kkdb places the highest importance on protecting members' personal data. The site uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps every transaction and data exchange secure. Information provided at the time of account registration is used solely for the purpose of delivering services and ensuring security.

10 Changes to Terms
