How Weekly Cashback Actually Works
Weekly cashback does not mean you get back all the money you lost. It is calculated on a specific basis. Your total losses for the whole week minus your total winnings gives you the net loss — and cashback is then calculated at a fixed rate based on your tier, applied to that net loss.
For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, their cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. That is the maximum cashback for that week at the Gold tier.
Cashback is calculated automatically and added directly to your kkdb Wallet, so there is no need to claim it separately.
Net loss = total losses for the week − total winnings. Cashback does not apply when net loss is zero or negative.
